We are seeking a number of Employability Coaches to liaise with employers to establish suitable work experience opportunities for our students, arrange guest speaker opportunities and prepare them for work experience by developing their employability skills.

This is an exciting role for someone looking to use their organisational and administrative experience to help young people gain an understanding of the world of work, and make a positive impact on their future career choices.

The successful candidates will need to be self-motivated and confident with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate well at all levels, be highly organised and committed to enabling young people reach their potential. They will also be able to able to work independently, work as part of a team, taking their own initiative, multi-task, plan, prioritise caseloads and achieve department objectives and deadlines
