Salary
£26,403 – £28,142 per annum (FTE)
Actual salary: £18,949.52 – £20,197.61 per annum (pro rata)
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Officer to oversee the day-to-day running of our school site, ensuring a safe, secure and well-maintained environment. You will be a key holder responsible for school facilities, including the hydrotherapy pool, sports hall and community lettings.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the school site is safe, secure, clean and well maintained; act as a key holder including opening, closing and alarm response; carry out basic repairs and planned/reactive maintenance; oversee contractors and cleaning to ensure high standards; support health and safety compliance and site checks; prepare facilities for school use and lettings; and respond promptly to site issues and emergencies.

Working Pattern:
30 hours per week – 40 weeks per year (38 weeks term time + 2 weeks additional)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 18:30
• Tuesday & Thursday: 14:00 – 19:30
Flexibility required; hours may vary to cover holidays (site open 07:00 – 19:30).
