Job Coach

We are seeking a dynamic individual, who will continue to inspire and motivate our staff and support and encourage our pupils to make excellent progress, whatever their starting point or situation. We are looking for a person who can demonstrate vision, resilience and empathy and can evidence the capacity to deliver both high support and high challenge.

We are seeking a Job Coach who ‘walks the talk’ and demonstrates their commitment to our values in an intentional way, using them as a touchstone to define actions, make decisions and fulfil our collective mission.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who:

  • Has a commitment and passion to work with pupils with a wide and diverse range of SEND and can embrace the school’s vision, aims and ethos of ‘Learning for life’. Has a clear vision, strong coaching and effective leadership skills.
  • Is an exceptionally enthusiastic and committed person to guide and motivate children and staff team, and can lead, motivate and inspire teams to raise standards in student outcomes.
  • Has the ability to identify and manage safeguarding issues while fostering an outstanding culture of vigilance in terms of ‘keeping children safe’.
