SEND Administrator – B3 Points 7-11

Permanent Post - required from September 2025

37 hours per week Term Time only plus 5 days

Actual salary (under 5 year’s service) - £20, 895 - £22, 344

We are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for a SEND Administrator to join our dynamic, friendly and experienced team in order to provide designated support to children and families at West Oaks School.

The main purpose of the role is to provide high-quality service to coordinate and carry out all administrative procedures with regard to Education, Health and Care plans.

West Oaks supports pupils aged 2-19 with a wide range of needs including profound, multiple, and complex conditions, autistic spectrum conditions and severe learning difficulties. We have sites at Boston Spa Learning (LS23 6DX), Woodhouse Learning (LS6 2ST) and Headingley Learning (LS6 1BP). The role will be based at Headingley Learning, however staff will be required to travel between sites.

The role will enhance the existing EHCP and school office admin team.
