Your Role

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:

✔ Lead with ambition, supporting the nursery team in delivering outstanding early years education.

✔ Encourage curiosity, creating a stimulating and engaging environment where young minds can flourish.

✔ Champion kindness, ensuring every child feels valued, safe, and supported in their learning journey.

✔ Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), prioritizing the safety and well-being of all children.

✔ Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them engaged in their child’s development.

✔ Assist in staff mentoring and professional development, helping colleagues grow and excel.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified early years educator (minimum NNEB/NVQ Level 3) with a passion for working with young children.
  • Someone with leadership potential, ready to inspire and guide a dedicated nursery team.
  • A natural communicator who can build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • An organised and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-quality early years setting.
