Hours: 30 per week (Monday to Friday, 08.45am- 15.15pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunchbreak), term time only including INSET days
Salary (FTE): £24,796 per annum
Salary (Actual): £17,292.89 per annum
Contract: Fixed-term until 31/08/2027, subject to a review of the school’s budget

The Role

We are looking to appoint two Care Assistants. One to work with a number of children with complex social and communication needs. This role will be based in one of our enhanced provisions. The other post will be classroom based supporting a child 1:1 with a medical condition.

✅ Physically fit due to the manual handling needed

Fluency Duty
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
