Salary (FTE):  £25,614

The Role

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity in our resource base for a dedicated and resourceful Care Assistant. Blackhorse resource base is a 22 place specialist resource for children with Autism and Social Communication Needs and is an integral part of our mainstream primary school experience.  

In this position you will play a key role in supporting children through aspects of intimate care, personal hygiene, life skills and developing independence; helping to ensure that all pupils can access their learning and school environment safely and effectively within the school environment. 

You will have experience of working with children, ideally in an educational setting and will be a valuable member of our Inclusion Team. 

You will receive training and support to develop your knowledge and skills, enabling you to work alongside our dedicated resource base team and deliver impactful lifelong skills within the classroom and beyond. 

The successful candidates will:

Fluency Duty
