• To have the highest expectations of what young people can achieve.
• To provide high quality learning experiences.
• To be responsible for students’ learning & progress.
• To contribute to and, when appropriate, lead on all matters related to the specified curriculum, with the focus being on the quality of teaching and learning.
• To work with the department to help Whitstone achieve its targets.
• To work as part of a team that promotes the teaching and learning.
