Willow Bank Primary are seeking to appoint a committed and talented Headteacher at Willow Bank Primary School.

As Headteacher, the successful candidate will be able to lead and inspire our school as we continue to develop and build on our foundations to drive forwards school improvement.

The successful Headteacher will able to lead the school with confidence, empathy and be competent in fulfilling the role. They will hold a proven track record of leadership and demonstrate their experience and school improvement success.

We are looking to speak with candidates who have vision, drive and ambition to build on our journey so far, whilst committing to our core vision to ignite the spark and reveal the champion.

The successful candidate will work closely with the other members of the leadership team to provide the highest quality inclusive education throughout school. The role requires a real passion for working with children and excellent leadership skills to support staff in raising standards within the school.
