This role is based at our Langley College campus; the centre for our main vocational and technical courses including Apprenticeships, Adult Education and HE. We deliver an innovative curriculum with superb specialist facilities including latest industry standard equipment, workshops, and studios.
Technical Skills Coach & Trainer-Electrical
The role will require fully preparing apprentices as they work towards the completion or their Gateway for End Point Assessment (EPA/AM2S) through high quality training and coaching.
Support and enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching and training.
Ensure timely completion of all apprenticeship standard elements including skills, knowledge training & behaviours, off the job hours, functional skills monitoring. This role will involve both delivery of the training and skills coaching in line with the Apprenticeship Standard.
A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction, giving effective guidance that will, in turn, benefit the education of our students. This is an opportunity for a passionate individual who wishes to work in a truly stimulating environment.
