<p><strong><em>Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Lecturer of Protective Services to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team starting in September 2025 on a permanent, full-time basis.</em></strong></p><p><strong>Lecturer of Protective Services</strong></p><p>We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer of Protective Services to join our vibrant educational team.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Protective Services disciplines, aligning with our curriculum and educational standards.This role involves fostering students' physical abilities, theoretical knowledge, and practical skills in these areas, while also promoting discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities essential for careers in sports and protective services sectors.</p><p>The ideal applicant should have a robust background in sports education, physical training, or a related field, as well as experience or a strong interest in uniformed protective services. A commitment to student development, both in terms of academic achievements and personal growth, is crucial.The teacher will also be expected to contribute to the planning and execution of engaging, interactive lessons that meet the learning objectives and cater to a diverse student body with varying needs and aspirations.</p><p>Additionally, the candidate should be prepared to collaborate with other faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences and participate actively in the continuous improvement of educational practices and outcomes within the department.</p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>The Windsor Forest Colleges Group (TWFCG) is a leading education provider in the South-East.
