JOB OVERVIEW
An opportunity has arisen to join Winford Primary School near Bristol to support the teaching and learning of a child in a 1:1 capacity. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope with constantly changing priorities.
The post hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-15:00
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Working with a Year 2 child to meet learning, social and emotional needs
- Accompanying groups on trips.
- Supporting assessment and evidencing learning
- Working with the teacher to help plan and deliver level-appropriate learning
- Maintaining a safe and positive environment

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Previous childcare or school experience.
- a proven ability to work on their own initiative.
- a high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
- the ability to use relevant technology/equipment.
- a can-do attitude.
