Wishford Education are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our central team, providing administrative and operational support to the CEO and Director of Operations. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the organisation, helping to ensure our schools operate effectively and efficiently while supporting a range of operational projects and initiatives.
This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator (3-5 years) who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is confident managing multiple priorities and has a high attention to detail. This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of operational activities, supporting school leaders and central functions while contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on the delivery of education and the wider organisation's success.

Hours, Salary & Benefits:
Hours: Permanent role, year round, 24 hours per week. Based at our support office in Corsham. Flexible working is available.
Salary: £16,800 - £20,400 pa depending on experience and qualifications. (£27,996 - £33,987 FTE)

Job Description:
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Director of Operations, including diary management, meetings, events and travel.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, action tracking and follow-up across the organisation.
- Support the smooth running of the support office, including records, systems, suppliers, contracts and procurement.
- Assist with operational finance, expenditure tracking, reporting and management information.
- Support organisational governance, policy reviews, compliance, insurance and risk management activities.
- Coordinate training administration, mandatory training records and staff benefit schemes, working closely with HR.
- Support catering services and continuous improvement across schools, nurseries and camps, including supplier and contract management.
- Maintain oversight of complaints, concerns and operational issues, supporting investigations, reporting and follow-up alongside the HR team.
- Provide research, project and administrative support to senior leaders and contribute to wider organisational improvement initiatives.
