Recent quote from an Apprentice Teaching Assistant at SRWA:
“Doing the TA Apprenticeship was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am able to use the knowledge I have learnt in real time to support students and being in the classroom really helped me understand the criteria I was studying. My colleagues are approachable and gave me invaluable advice on how I could work better with the students and my line managers are very supportive and were able to balance my timetable so I had time to study and complete coursework around my working role. The students and staff at SRWA are fantastic, and every day is completely different.”
