For Easter 2024, we are seeking an experienced behaviour specialist to manage the academy's on-site behaviour unit. This includes managing both the student support mentor team and the provision of internal exclusion.

This position is 37 hours per week (0800-1600 Monday-Thursday, 0800-1530 Friday) and is term-time only (including INSET days).

The actual starting salary is £29,962 per annum (FTE £34,834)
