For September 2023

we are looking to appoint an inspirational and innovative Head of DT to lead the development of the DT curriculum across the key stages. The successful candidate will be motivated, creative and resilient, able to demonstrate excellent teaching and learning skills and to develop those skills in others.

The department's facilities include a dedicated CAD/CAM room and two workshops and benefits from the support of a skilled technician. DT is very popular with our students, so there is a demand for extra-curricular opportunities.

Our school is committed to providing excellent CPD at all levels, including weekly teaching and learning development for all and progression programmes for each career stage, from ECT to leadership.
