With additional funding allocated by the Woodard Academies Trust to support GCSE students post-"Lockdown", The Littlehampton Academy is seeking a confident and self-motivated higher level teaching assistant (HLTA) to support our students in Maths until the end of the academic year.

All our HLTAs make an important contribution to the academy, where they support our students one:one, in small groups or sometimes working with whole classes.

The Littlehampton Academy is a large and rapidly improving academy, with a determination to improve student performance in all areas. You will be joining the academy at a particularly challenging time and will have opportunities to contribute significantly to our students' progress.

This post is funded for a fixed term period, January-August 2021.

Full-time equivalent salary: £21,322 per annum.

Actual Salary: £11.05 per hour; £1402 per calendar month

Please Note: Term-time salaries are paid monthly over the length of employment, including over holiday periods
