An opportunity has arisen within our support staff team for a qualified counsellor to work with nominated students. This is a post new to the Academy, so the successful candidate will need to demonstrate flair and initiative, both in developing the service and promoting it to staff and other stakeholders.
Applicants must have experience in individual counselling with children and/or young people, including working with risk issues. The successful candidate will be a member of the BACP or other appropriate body.
This post is 37 hours per week, term-time only (i.e 38 weeks per year).
Salary Grade F - £12.20 - £13.47 per hour
Actual salary - £19,643 - £21,687
