Polam Hall School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Manager to oversee our popular Wraparound provision.
We are seeking an experienced child care practitioner who can manage and grow Polam Hall’s Wraparound Provision. The provision consists of Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Club. The provision is very popular and well-resourced catering for students from Reception to Year 8, with the Holiday Club also attracting pupils from outside of Polam Hall. We have a wide range of activities to offer attendees and beautiful grounds for our pupils to enjoy.
The post will supervise a team of play workers, manage budgets and plan the provision, working closely with the Operations Manager. The successful applicant will be interested in the safeguarding of children, promoting their health and safety, wellbeing and development by offering a range of activities and enrichments.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with children, the ability to manage a team and to be able to deal with the administrative, planning and budgeting aspects of the role. There is some flexibility around hours in that the post holder can work during some of the school holiday periods to manage the Holiday Club.
It is an exciting time to join Polam Hall School as we are part of the School Rebuilding Programme and the successful applicant will be able to shape the future of the Wraparound provision.
If you wish to have an informal discussion about the role or visit the school please contact Angela Coates, Operations, Manager.
