Description

The Headteacher and Governing Body seek to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational Class Teacher to join our staffing team from September 2026.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Be keen to join a compassionate, trauma-informed community
  • Have experience of, or interest in, working with pupils with special educational needs
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner who motivates and inspires pupils to engage and achieve
  • Deliver a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum that enables pupils to achieve their personal potential
  • Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
  • Be committed to breaking down barriers to learning
  • Be passionate about inclusion and opportunities for pupils with learning and additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
