Oak Field is a specialist primary base for children with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We are a small and friendly school with a strong sense of passion, drive and community and part of the Wood Field Primary community.
We are proud to offer a highly differentiated and engaging curriculum with a focus on independence, social interaction and communication. We use a variety of Autistic Spectrum Disorder specific strategies, bringing all ‘the best bits’ together to offer an eclectic approach. Class sizes vary from 6 – 8 children with an adult ratio which reflects the needs of children, meaning we are able to tailor our activities to meet their individual needs.
We are looking for a passionate experienced SEN Teacher who wishes to be part of our inspiring team. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.
We have both Full and Part Time positions available, please indicate your preferred working pattern when applying.
