Actual Annual Salary: £21,523 - £23,460 Based on term time only weeks + Inset days
Full Time Equivalent Salary: Grade B - £25,136 - £27,398 Based on all year round hours
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term time only plus inset days
Provisional Start Date: 1 September 2025
We are seeking a motivated and practical individual to take on the role of Art Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in the arts and a hands-on approach to work. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the art space, helping to maintain equipment, prepare materials, and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment. About You:
- Practical experience of understanding and following processes and procedures.
- Experience of using, cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring the safety of specialist equipment.
- Experience of instructing others to use specific equipment.
- Ability to work with equipment and systems needed to undertake the role to a high standard.
- Confident use of IT systems relevant to the post.
- Good standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Good general administration skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
