At WQE, we have a simple, but passionate view that a great education is about more than achieving great results. As a Sixth Form College specialising in A-Level education for students aged 16-18, we offer the opportunity for students to fulfil their academic potential and develop as a young professional, whilst becoming part of a vibrant, supportive learning community. More than that, you and our students have the opportunity to shape the future; each generation contributes to the life and character of the College.

Excellent students and staff deserve excellent facilities. Teaching and learning at WQE takes place in specialist accommodation, most of it recently purpose-built or comprehensively refurbished. IT resources, sports facilities and social and dining spaces are all of a high standard.

Venturing beyond the classroom, each year the College organises various educational trips and visits to complement classroom learning and add an extra dimension to College life. In recent years, Geography students have undertaken field trips to Norfolk and Iceland. Performing Arts and Business students have been to New York, English students have experienced theatre trips and Art & Design students have visited various museums and galleries both in Britain and abroad.
