Wroughton Junior School is looking to recruit a committed, hard-working and excellent Phase Leader to join our dedicated and friendly team.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an excellent and aspiring leader to make a significant impact on the quality of teaching and learning within Wroughton Junior School. Initially, the Phase Leader role will be in Lower Key Stage 2. The role is 3 days a week, working Wednesday to Friday. As well as PPA with your year group team, there will also be additional leadership release time to fulfil the role. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead Spelling and Handwriting across the school.
