Estates & Compliance Manager

All year round (52 weeks)

Grade 11, Points 27 to 30, (£32,979– £35,607)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trust’s Secondary Schools for an Estates & Compliance Manager to support the Head Teacher in the day to day running and long term development of the secondary estate.

The role of Estates & Compliance Manager is a varied role and will be suited to someone who has the ability to effectively line manage a team of people, someone who is highly organised with a focus on statutory compliance and someone who can role model an excellent work ethic.

This role will be suited to someone who has the attitude and willingness to learn and will be the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for either the next step in their career or someone who can demonstrate transferable skills into this position. Our focus is on the right person being appointed to this role.

Although this position is not pupil facing, it will have a very important role to play in the quality of education that is provided to our pupils, a safe, secure and productive environment is paramount.

This role is a rewarding one, the post holder will work as part of a supportive team and will have the opportunity to shape the role and make it their own.
