Established in the Summer of 2016, the Xavier Catholic Education Trust is currently comprised of 14 primary schools and 3 secondary schools across Surrey. We also run teacher training and leadership training.
We provide central services so that schools can concentrate on the important role of educating children rather than worrying about everything from licenses to legionella testing. Each of our schools has a local governing body and there is a board of Directors who oversee the schools.

Within the Trust, we believe we can support each other and our individual schools. Our aim is to work together to ensure we provide an outstanding education for all our pupils. The Trust offers many benefits from training and development, shared ‘best’ practice and joint INSET days, alongside excellent career progression opportunities. All our schools are good or outstanding in ‘Ofsted terms’ and are striving for excellence. For us good isn’t good enough!
Our mission is to provide an outstanding Catholic education for all the children in our schools.
We will follow the example and teachings of Christ and everything we do will be inspired by gospel values.
We will strive for excellence in all areas of our work and cherish every child in our care.
We will support the spiritual, moral, social, cultural and physical development of each child, as well as maximising progress, achievement and attainment to ensure their intellectual growth and fulfil their potential.
