The Governing Body of The Holy Family Primary School, in partnership with the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton, is seeking to appoint a faith-filled, visionary and compassionate Headteacher to lead our Catholic primary school community.
We are looking for a practicing Catholic who will:

- Inspire and empower staff and pupils to achieve their full potential spiritually, academically and personally
- Demonstrate strategic leadership with a clear vision for continuous school improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with families, parishes, the Diocese, and the wider community.
- Champion inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing for all pupils and staff.

Essential Requirements:
- A practicing Catholic with a deep understanding of Catholic education and mission.
- Qualified Teacher Status and substantial teaching experience.
- Proven leadership experience at senior level.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, safeguarding, and school improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS) or willingness to obtain.
- NPQH or equivalent leadership qualification.
- Experience in leading worship and spiritual development.
Visits to the school are warmly encouraged.
