Location: St Peter’s Catholic Primary School, Leatherhead
Salary: Grade PS6 £30,648.00-£32,868.00 (FTE £25,540.00 - £27,390.00)
Hours: 30 hours a week (split shift working pattern)
Contract: Permanent (52 weeks per year)
Start Date: 02.01.2026
We would like to appoint a School Premises Manager to join our successful team. The post holder must be proactive, reliable and friendly and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for assisting the Headteacher in maintaining a high quality, safe internal and external environment for our pupils and staff.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be pro-active, flexible, confident and friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Have the ability to gather information, problem solve and use own initiative.
• Effectively organise their own time whilst being flexible enough to respond to urgent requests.
• Have good inter-personal skills, interacting with pupils, staff and visitors.
• Have at least a basic knowledge of, and ideally experience of, site maintenance and facilities management issues.
• Complete caretaker duties which include cleaning and maintenance such as; painting, moving equipment and goods, setting up rooms, general DIY assembly of furniture and equipment, garden and site maintenance and preventative maintenance duties.
