Salary: Lead Practitioner Pay Range LP1 - LP6 (FTE £53,460 - £60,299) dependant on experience.
Hours: Full-time / Part-time
Location: Based in the Xavier Trust Primary Schools covering the Epsom & Redhill areas.

About the Role:
The Local School Support Partner (LSSP), working with the Local Director of Primary Education (LDPE) will provide strategic and operational support to a group of Xavier schools within the Epsom and Redhill area. The role focuses on school improvement, leadership development, accountability, and consistency of standards, working closely with headteachers, senior leaders, and central trust teams to ensure high-quality education and positive outcomes for all pupils.
Reports To: Local Director of Primary Education.

- Significant senior leadership experience.
- A proven track record of successful school improvement.
- Thorough knowledge of best practice in SEND and supporting disadvantaged pupils.
- Strong understanding of the education system, including Ofsted frameworks and statutory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to the Catholic ethos and the mission of Catholic education.
- The ability to build productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
