Central Finance Manager – Xavier Catholic Education Trust
Pay: XCET 10, Full-time 42 weeks per year, salary range £37,943-£42,086 (FTE 40,227-£44,619) Flexible hours considered.
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, forward thinking and dynamic Multi Academy Trust. Xavier Catholic Education Trust are seeking a unique individual to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and a passion for education, building strong relationships with team members and colleagues in partner schools and external agencies.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing effective and efficient financial management for at least two of our schools, compliance with financial regulations, budgeting and effective utilisation of resources. The Finance Manager will work closely with Senior Leaders in each school as well as a dynamic central finance team to lead the financial strategy of the schools and provide best value for the Xavier Catholic Education Trust.
The newly established offices of Xavier Catholic Education Trust are a positive and exciting place to work, grow your skill set and collaborate with other central finance managers. The successful candidate will be based partly in schools and partly in the central team office.

The Xavier Catholic Education Trust (XCET) is a Surrey based, Catholic Trust currently made up of three secondary schools and twelve primary schools. The Central team supports the schools across a wide spectrum of areas including Finance, HR, Estates, communication, Teaching & Learning and support for children with additional needs. The team are based at Salesian School in Chertsey and travel to the individual schools on a regular basis.
