St Charles Borromeo Catholic Primary School is seeking to employ a teacher for KS2 classroom cover for 1 day a week
We are looking for a teacher for 1 day a week to join our friendly and welcoming team. The post is to provide classroom cover in KS2 and would suit an individual returning to teaching after a career break, or someone who wishes to add to their part time working week. Our preference is for Friday cover, but there is an element of flexibility with the working day for the right candidate. Initially the post is offered on a fixed term basis until 19 July 2024, but may be extended. We are offering this post on the teachers’ Main Pay Scale or Upper Pay Scale, depending on skills and experience.

St Charles Borromeo School is part of the Xavier Catholic Education Trust and the right candidate will be able to network with the broader Xavier community and, if required, gain an insight into ongoing opportunities within the trust.
Applications close on Friday 24th November 2023. Interviews will take place on Wednesday the 29th of November. References for short listed candidates will be requested in advance of the interview date, unless you state any objections. The preferred start date is January 2024, but a paid induction day may be scheduled in December 2023 at a mutually convenient time. Visits to the school prior to application are warmly welcomed.
