Finance Manager – Teach SouthEast , Xavier Catholic Education Trust
Pay : XCET 10 - Full time 42 weeks per year – Salary range £37,943 - £42,086 (FTE £40,227- £44,619)

The ideal candidate would have a passion for education, working across a range of projects, building strong relationships with team members and colleagues in partner schools and external agencies.
Teach SouthEast is an Initial Teacher Training (ITT) provider. Through Partnership with a range of schools, a high quality, bespoke School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme is delivered for aspiring primary and secondary school teachers across the SouthEast of England. Teach SouthEast is also part of the Xavier Catholic Education Trust and Teaching School Hub and supports early career teachers across a wide range of schools through the growth of a new national programme of teacher development.
The Finance manager will be responsible for providing effect and efficient financial management for all Teach SouthEast activities, compliance with financial regulations, co-ordinating different funding streams and supporting the Director to establish and maintain an effective budget and shape financial decisions for the future. The Finance manager will work closely with Senior Leaders in the organisation as well as an established administrative team to lead the financial strategy of the enterprise and provide best value for Teach SouthEast and Xavier Catholic Education Trust.

The Central team supports the schools across a wide spectrum of areas including Finance, HR, Estates, communication, Teaching & Learning and support for children with additional needs. The team are based at Salesian School in Chertsey and travel to the individual schools on a regular basis.
