We are looking to appoint an organised and professional Office Manager to join the team at The Marist Catholic Primary School, part of the Xavier Catholic Education Trust. The Office Manager is responsible for leading the office administration team in providing effective and efficient support to the school leadership team and overseeing the day to day organisational issues across the school.

Details:

Hours: 21 hours per week (Monday 8 am to 1 pm, Tuesday – Friday 9 am to 1 pm)

Contract: Part time, term time only (40 weeks per year)

Salary: PS6 £14,359 (FTE £27,897 pa) subject to pay review with effect from 1st April 2024.

Closing Date: 17th May 2024

Interviews: w/c 20th May 2024.

  • Have high standards of written and spoken English, is numerate with good IT skills
  • Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in their work
