Xavier Teach SouthEast Administrator – Xavier Catholic Education Trust
Salary - £17,356 pa actual salary, based on salary grade PS5.2 (FTE £27,634)
Hours: 25 hours per week (Ideally 9:30 - 2:30 daily), 41 weeks per year (Term time + 2 weeks) Hours can be flexible for the right candidate depending on their commitments.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the delivery of our Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme. The role encompasses recruitment, compliance, and programme administration, ensuring that trainee teacher and school processes are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with organisational standards.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will maintain programme records and data, coordinate key administrative processes, and provide excellent support to trainees and partner schools. As a key point of contact, you will build positive relationships through professional and effective communication, contributing to a high-quality participant experience.
This role is ideally suited to a personable, adaptable individual who thrives under pressure, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively to support successful programme delivery.
