We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious teacher to teach Music at St Andrew’s.
The Music Department is part of our Performing Arts Faculty and along with Drama has excellent facilities. The department is very strong and fully staffed with excellent teachers. The students love their experience in Music and in Drama and our clubs, choirs and performances are very popular. This department is a cornerstone of St Andrew’s and plays a significant contribution to the all round educational experience we want for all the students. All students at St Andrew’s study Music at KS3. We have strong groups at GCSE and A Level where the results are outstanding. This post would suit an ECT or an experienced candidate. This is a great opportunity to join a very strong and dynamic department which has excellent staff at an exciting time in the department’s development. There is the possibility of a TLR for the right candidate who is looking to take on responsibility.
