Salary: PS9 - PS10 £22,566 - £27,772 (FTE £41,585–£51,175), dependant on experience.
Hours: 3 days per week, term time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks pa).

About the Role:
As Trust Governance Professional, you will:
- Lead and coordinate governance activities across the Trust.
- Provide expert support to the Trust Board, its committees, and Local Governing Committees.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory governance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton, aligning governance with our Trust’s Catholic mission and values.
- Champion the distinctive Catholic ethos of the Trust through your work and professional conduct.

- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks in the education or charitable sector.
- A deep understanding of compliance, regulation, and best practice in governance.
