Yeovil College is seeking a motivated, creative part-time Study Programme Manager for Hair and Media Makeup. Lead and shape the learning experience for students in Hair, Media Makeup, and Theatrical Special Effects, delivering high-quality education in a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll manage and coordinate study programmes, create engaging lesson plans, and work alongside colleagues to develop a forward-thinking curriculum. Your role will also involve tracking student progress, promoting equality and diversity, and driving continuous improvement across the department. What we're looking for:
• At least 3 years practical experience of the subject area within a Hair and media makeup environment, including theatrical work
• A passion for teaching and inspiring learners.
• Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
• The ability to work successfully within a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.

• Annual Salary: £30,064 up to £38,754 FTE
• Part-time position, 22 hours per week, all year round.
