Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and carers, you’ll drive the “fitness to study” process and implement strategies that promote student success. What we're looking for:

• A strong interest working with young people with additional needs.

• Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.

• Level 3 award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities or willingness to work towards.

• A great communicator who can engage with the students.

• Compassionate and respectful of the learner’s needs.

• A passion for supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning.

What we offer:

• Annual Salary: £15,531 [FTE £23,557]

• Part-time position, 30 hours per week, term time only.
