In this newly created role, you’ll play a key part in our Employer Engagement Team, providing high-quality administrative support across Skills Bootcamps and Adult Careers to ensure everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently. From supporting Student Recruitment Consultants and the Adult Careers and Apprenticeship Placement Lead, to coordinating learner journeys into apprenticeships and training, your work will directly shape the success of learners and employers alike. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders, while also taking responsibility for compliance, data management, event coordination, and marketing support. No two days will be the same, making this a varied and rewarding opportunity where you can truly make an impact. What we're looking for:
• Previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with all stakeholders.
• A strong awareness of the importance of first-class internal and external customer care.
• Grade 4 qualification in English and Maths, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills, building positive and professional relationships.
• A proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player.
