You will join a committed curriculum team delivering a sequenced, innovative and creative curriculum that prepares learners for their next step. Effective study programme management and close collaboration with colleagues will be central to your work, ensuring every learner receives an outstanding experience. You will lead the development, delivery and management of Study Programmes in priority sector and skills-shortage areas, working with internal and external stakeholders to respond to emerging themes, workforce needs and government policy. As a sector expert, you’ll translate industry demands into meaningful training opportunities, build strong employer networks, deliver high-quality work-based learning, and support apprentices through timely End Point Assessments. What we're looking for:
- Previous practical experience in the Automotive industry.
- Relevant Level 3 trade qualification.
- A teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards.
- An interest in supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
- The ability to work successfully within a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A UK Driving Licence and willingness to visit stakeholders offsite.

- Annual Salary: £38,754 to £44,212 dependant on experience
- Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
