Yeovil College is recruiting! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Beauty Lecturer for a maternity cover role, teaching students three days a week, all year round. As a Beauty Lecturer, you’ll guide the future of the beauty industry by delivering engaging Beauty qualifications at levels 1 and 2, both in theory and hands-on practical sessions. Teaching three days a week, you’ll create dynamic lesson plans, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards across all aspects of the course. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum, promote equality and diversity, and work closely with colleagues, students, and external partners. Strong communication, organisation, and a passion for teaching will be key to making a lasting impact in this rewarding role. What we're looking for:

Significant experience in a beauty environment.

A professional beauty qualification at Level 3 or equivalent.

A passion for teaching and inspiring learners. 

Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills. 

The ability to work successfully within a team. 

Excellent communication and organisational skills. 

A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.

Actual Salary: £16,927 [£27,837 FTE]

Part-time position, 22.5 hours per week, all year round.
