We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to students and stakeholders in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where every day brings something different.
As a key member of the team, you will support learners throughout their journey, processing applications and enrolments, maintaining accurate student records, timetables and registers, and acting as a welcoming first point of contact. You will also help students access funding and bursary support, working closely with curriculum departments to ensure every learner receives the guidance they need to succeed. What we’re looking for:
- Experience of maintaining data in complex systems and being able to effectively access and use that data
- Level 3 Customer Service or Business Administration qualification or substantial experience and a willingness to work towards a qualification.
- Customer service – ability to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to always present a professional image.
- Accurate data entry skills.
