As the Health and Safety Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining essential Health and Safety compliance records, monitoring and reporting actions, and helping to shape the College’s Health and Safety initiatives. As the first point of contact for the department, you’ll handle queries from staff, students, contractors, and visitors, ensuring smooth operations every step of the way. In addition to overseeing vehicle bookings, contractor registrations, and lost property, you’ll keep all administrative systems running seamlessly. You'll also support the Estates and Facilities team, attend meetings, take minutes, and contribute to the College's strategic goals. What we're looking for:
Excellent computer skills and the ability to prioritise changing workload.
The ability to communicate effectively and engage with the team.
Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.
Effective organisation skills with a systematic approach to problem solving.
Prior experience within an education or health and safety environment would be advantageous

Full time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
