Come and take a key role in a friendly and collaborative Mathematics and Computing Area of Learning in a successful all age school in one of the most beautiful settings in Wales.

Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi VA is a 3-16 Church in Wales school that serves the historic city of St Davids and surrounding areas. Based in the picturesque Pembrokeshire National Park, the school is a caring, inclusive and welcoming environment where pupils and staff are proud of the Christian and community ethos. The school has strong links with the local community where there are extensive opportunities for outdoor pursuits and social and cultural activities.

The school is looking to appoint a forward-thinking and innovative practitioner who is passionate about the curriculum changes taking place currently within Wales and would like the opportunity to translate these ideas into practice.

You would be expected to lead the development of computing and the popular digital technology GCSE course. You will be supported by the AOLE lead, and the Senior Leadership Team with your subject ambitions. The ability to teach maths is also required. The school and AoLe is well resourced for IT, benefits from a well-appointed computer suite and support from an excellent IT technician.
