Coaching & Mentoring
Most partners focus on support services for CEOs, Headteachers and leadership teams for MATs/Groups that have been newly formed or are in need of a refocusing or change of direction. On occasion, these partnerships have followed new appointments, or milestone events such as mergers, inspections or strategic plans.
However, we have several partners who use our expertise for personal development at leadership level. An example package could include some initial scoping and planning activities followed by 12 sessions with each individual across an academic year.
Employer Branding Workshop
In a candidate-led market employer branding is more important than ever - 70% of candidates say that employer brand is a key factor in their decision to join a school. Strategic Leadership Away Day
When you need a strategic reset, some space for blue-sky thinking or an objective review of how your school is progressing against top level KPIs it can be difficult to plan and facilitate.
