Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership
Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership is a growing multi-academy trust currently comprising of 28 schools, 10 of which are secondary, across Bath and Somerset.
The Challenge
The trust had difficulty accessing customer support with their previous recruitment provider, with a lack of support when facing any issues with the website or how to help recruit difficult positions. In the end the platform was deemed no longer cost-effective.
Recruitment is supported centrally by the trust, but Midsomer needed a solution where each school could post their own adverts and individually manage their vacancies within one platform.
The Solution
Midsomer use Eteach Premium to manage their recruitment across the trust.
The trust has a dedicated Customer Success Manager, who provides friendly and prompt support through various channels (phone, email and webchat) to suit every school’s preferred method of communication. Clear and concise training was provided with flexible times to suit their staff and the initial set-up of each school was put in place by Eteach.
Midsomer are now utilising our user-friendly platform, school career sites and candidate communications across all of their schools.
