The Mead Educational Trust
The Mead Educational Trust (TMET) is a well-established multi-academy trust, with a growing family of primary and secondary schools across Leicestershire.
The Challenge
At the time of joining Eteach, TMET had eight primary schools and five secondary schools that required a high calibre of staff to fill multiple vacancies across the MAT. They had been using a downloadable application form and were not receiving the results they wanted.
From November 2021 - June 2022
3,500 interested applicants
2,795 candidates did not apply
Only 705 applied
20% of candidates started or completed a form
The Solution
We recommended that the trust switch to our mobile-friendly online application method because 7/10 candidates are searching for jobs via mobile. Our online application form is mobile-optimised so candidates can search and apply from anywhere at any time.
Within four months, the following occurred:
1,933 interested applicants
865 candidates did not apply
1,068 applied
55% of candidates started or completed a form.
