They will be expected to maintain very high standards and be committed to providing a rich and creative curriculum that meets the learning needs of our children and enables all to reach their full potential.We are looking for a leader who:-• is proven to be committed to forward thininking inspirational teaching and learning;• has excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, leading teams in a collaborative manner;• has a passion to ensure that every child succeeds;• has effective financial management;• has an ability to work effectively in partnership with the wider school Community;• inspires, motivates, empowers and enables others;• has proven experience of effectively providing for pupils with additional learning needs, including those who are more able and talented.We will offer:-• a dedicated and talented staff team committed to continually improving standards of teaching and learning;• a Governing Body who actively challenge the Headteachers.The successful candidate will be NPQH qualified or be an experienced Headteacher.Applicants wishing to visit the school should do so by contacting Michelle Taylor Chair of Governors via the school office.
