As a credible and trusted HR and OD professional, you will play a key role in helping us achieve high levels of organisational performance and create a culture where staff believe that Salford City College is a great place to work.
You will be a strategic and creative thinker and you will use your vision, challenge, expertise and influence to help us achieve our plans for growth. In addition, you will provide your professional advice to the Board, Senior Leadership and College Leadership teams and lead your team to provide excellent service and achieve its annual plans.
You will be qualified and have expertise as a Senior HR and OD professional preferably within an educational environment but equally important will be your passion for developing staff potential in line with our strategic objectives of quality, growth and efficiencies.
