1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Grade 5 point 7(starting salary £18,933 pro rata)

Discovery Schools Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an Experienced Learning Support Assistant to be based at Kibworth CE Primary School. The successful candidate would be an integrated member of the school staff team and will work under the direction of class teachers, to use proven skills to support children in the school.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Minimum of 2 years of working with children in a learning environment or relevant NVQ qualification
- Experience of supporting teaching and learning in a formal setting
- Good interpersonal skills
- Empathy with children and young people
